Childbirth Education Class
Are you an expectant mom? If so, this childbirth education course is for you!
Participating in this class will empower you and your partner or support team, all while stressing the importance of seeking sound medical advice. This content is delivered by a Certified Doula with short clips, storytelling, and fun video elements. We believe education makes a huge difference in your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. Whether you are birthing at home or the hospital, natural, medicated, or C-section, this class will equip you to approach your birth with more confidence and less anxiety. Feel confident, prepared, and empowered to have your baby!
Participants will receive:
- Baby Supplies: Diapers & Wipes
- Lactation Support
- Doula Consultations
- Certificate of Completion and Celebration
- Opportunity to enter weekly drawing for prizes and gift-cards
*Childcare provided during class*
This course is intended for participants to attend all (6) sessions.
Dates: Every Thursday: 3/2/2023 – 4/6/2023
